2-WEEK RULE

Please try to give at least two weeks when making requests.
​
The 2-week rule includes shipping merchandise or marketing materials. Keep in mind availability of our designers and shippers, print shop timing, and shipping delays.
If you do not have a set date for when something is needed, choose a date one month out. We prioritize based on the dates submitted, so if there is no rush, you will not be jumping someone who may need their materials sooner.
MERCH & MARKETING MATERIAL REQUESTS

Merch and marketing materials should ONLY be requested through Barrellstore.com.
If you need another walk through or have any questions about using the website please contact Lauren at POS@Barrellbourbon.com.
The website is optimized for mobile and requires no payment, so you can still use Barrell Store when you don’t have access to a computer.
REQUESTING DESIGNS

When requesting a design, please keep in mind the 2-week rule. This allows for design work, printing, and shipping. You can request designs (except for tasting mats) to Katie through the POS@Barrellbourbon.com email.
EVENT BRANDING
When setting up an event, please keep in mind the following:
If you need display materials such as a frame, bottle stand, tablecloth, etc. and it is not currently available on the website, please contact POS@Barrellbourbon.com for ordering and/or approval of item to make sure it’s on brand.

Please give about 3 weeks for updated banners due to production and shipping.
​
Banners can also be created to show a menu or price list for events such as festivals.
OFF PREMISE BRANDING

If you need something that we do not have available, please send a request of the item you are interested in to POS@Barrellbourbon.com.
ACCOUNT REQUESTS
​
If an account wants to create their own signage and needs a point of contact, send to Katie@barrellbourbon.com.
If asked for assets, redirect email to Katie so that she can provide the materials.
​
We cannot prevent them from creating their own displays but we can try to keep them as on brand as possible by including our design team when the accounts reach out.

When requesting a window cling, please include the size
Designs can be used for in store displays, window wraps, lightboxes, or any other style needed by account. Bottle labels can be swapped out if needed (ex: account wants their private release pick to be on the image).

REQUESTING DESIGNS
When requesting a design, include the following in the email:

1. Date needed
2. Digital or physical
3. If physical, include the size, quantity, and address of where to send
4. Account logo (if applicable)
5. If this is for signage, include the name of the image from the PDF
6. Be as detailed as possible

REQUESTING CUSTOM MARKETING MATERIALS
If an account asks for custom marketing materials please place the order for “custom shelf talkers” or “custom sell sheets” from the merch store.
Sell sheets and shelf talkers require you to have all information when submitting the request. Please send a follow up email to POS@Barrellbourbon.com include the following:

1. Barrel number
2. “Selected by” label wording (if applicable)
3. Tasting notes written by yourself or the account.

REQUESTING CUSTOM BOTTLE SOLO SHOT

For custom images, send an email to POS@Barrellbourbon.com and include the following:

1. Barrel number
2. “Selected by” label wording (if applicable)
3. Date needed
4. Any design specification (if applicable. ex: no shadows, dimensions, RGB vs CMYK)

REQUESTING MENUS

We use a menu template that we have created for Barrell.
Please include the following in your email to POS@Barrellbourbon.com:

1. Date needed
2. Physical or digital
3. If physical, include the size, quantity, and address of where to send
4. Account logo (if applicable)
5. List of cocktails, pours, food, etc. verbatim
6. Be as detailed as possible

REQUESTING TASTING MATS
​
Tasting mats must be requested through our marketing site
​
1. Place an order through barrellstore.com under the “event supplies” section
2. Select one of the tasting mats and add to your order
3. Once you submit the order, send an email to POS@Barrellbourbon.com with the list of which products that are being used
4. If you need a tasting mat for a private release or single barrel, have the wording ready and include in the email. We do not create tasting notes
